• To create spaces that enhance reflection, discussion and sharing of the most recent findings of research in semiotic studies.

• To promote spaces for the meeting of early career researchers in order to contribute to the update in theories, methodologies and fields of application of Semiotic Studies.

• To strengthen national and international inter-institutional relations among early career researchers, academics and social scientists, with a view to strengthening teaching and research processes in the thematic lines of the meeting

• To share information, insights and plans with regard to career prospects globally in semiotics.
